Care Companion

Care is complicated. Keeping track of it shouldn’t be.

Created from real life, Care Companion is a collection of practical tools designed to make the everyday details of caregiving a little easier to manage.

Daily Care Log

Everything that matters, all in one place.

Made for real caregiving.

When you’re keeping track of medications, feeds, vitals, appointments, symptoms, notes, and everything in between, the little details aren’t really little.

The Daily Care Log gives those details one place to live—so you don’t have to keep carrying all of them in your head.

Simple. Practical. Made to be used.

One place for the details that matters.

Caregiving can mean tracking a lot of information across a single day. The Daily Care Log was designed to bring those details together in one simple, repeatable place.

  • Vitals and daily observations
  • Medications
  • Feeds and feeding details
  • Tube checks
  • Water and hydration
  • Notes, changes, and things worth remembering

Because “I’ll remember that” only works until you’re remembering seventeen other things too.

Why I made it

Care Companion started because the things that already existed just weren’t working for us.

As the mom of a medically complex child, I needed more than a place to write down medications or appointments. We needed one place where the details of an entire day could live—and, just as importantly, a way for our nurse and our family to communicate with each other from one shift to the next.

What happened today? What was given? How much? Were there changes? Is there something the next person needs to know?

Those little details matter when more than one person is caring for someone you love.

I kept looking for something that worked the way we actually needed it to work. Eventually, I realized I was trying to find something that didn’t exist.

So I made it.

Care Companion was created from real caregiving, for the people actually doing it.

Made to make the handoff easier.

Because Care Companion isn’t only about recording information. It’s about making sure the next person caring for someone doesn’t have to guess what happened before they got there.

Whether care is shared between parents, family members, nurses, caregivers, or support staff, the Daily Care Log creates one consistent place to see what happened, what changed, and what needs attention next.

Less remembering. Less repeating. Less wondering.

See what’s inside.

Designed around the information caregivers actually need to track.

Made for care that takes a team.

Care Companion was designed for families managing care that doesn’t fit neatly into a basic planner.

Whether care is shared between parents, nurses, family members, caregivers, or support staff, everyone has one place to see what happened—and what needs to happen next.

Parents & families • Home nurses • Caregivers • Respite providers • Support staff

Because good care gets easier when everyone is working from the same information.
